Christmas wreath with red bow
merry & bright

Weekly edit written while listening to evermore on repeat.

How was your week? My week felt so slow, but it flew by. I can’t believe we’re only two weeks away from Christmas! This weekend, I am dedicated to making Christmas cookies and wrapping up shopping. The weeks leading up to Christmas are always a mad dash for me because I procrastinate December 25th sneaks up on me. For example, I wanted to buy a small live Christmas tree, but it’s December 11th and I still don’t have one… Maybe that will be on the docket this weekend.

Also, evermore (the sister album to Taylor Swift’s folklore) is amazing and I’m so glad that Taylor gave it to us. I love every song on the album, but my initial favorites (though they are subject to change) are “willow,” “champagne problems,” “no body, no crime” and “long story short.”

Just something to chew on today: As of tonight @taylorswift13 will have put out TWO albums in less time than its taken Congress to agree on a second COVID-19 relief package.

What I wore this week

Everything about the J.Crew face mask is perfect. The tartan print and ruffle combination is adorable, and it fits my face perfectly. No awkward-fitting or the mask sliding down my nose! I want to order more ASAP.

Speaking of J.Crew… I’m loving their new pink tartan!

That’s all for the weekly edit! Leave a comment to tell me what has been on your radar this week. As always, thanks for reading!
