I am so excited to share a chic Parisian & thrifted look for Valentine’s Day to kick off my “Week of Pink” challenge! Pink and red are my favorite colors and I have a big selection of them in my wardrobe. So, I wear my pink and red clothes in the days leading up to Valentine’s Day. This year, I am challenging myself to put a different pink outfit together every day. I am so excited to share it with everyone and get into the V-Day spirit!
If you’re looking for some Valentine’s Day outfit inspiration, be sure to stay tuned throughout the week because I’ll be posting the looks here on the blog and over on Instagram.
I had wanted this gingham J. Crew skirt for such a long time, but it was so difficult to find in my size! Lucky for me, Poshmark came through. The cut is so flattering – I know that J. Crew has made many more colors because it’s a classic style. I want this skirt in every color, that’s how much I love it.
French Girl Chic
Okay, I know French girls don’t actually wear berets, but that’s beside the point. I never thought I was someone who could pull off berets or even hats in general, but I’m slowly starting to branch out and be more adventurous with them. As an unashamed infrequent hair washer, I’m upset that I haven’t fully embraced hats until recently. A beret is a foolproof method to looking chic when you’re on day 5 hair (guilty). I found this affordable beret on Etsy (affiliate link) and purchased three colors. I’m impressed with the style and quality, I’m kind of thinking about buying more…
Kate Spade is one of my favorite brands because it’s so colorful and whimsical. I purchased this handbag for myself as a Christmas gift last year, and I get so many compliments every time I wear it. Surprise, this was another Poshmark find! I knew I wanted a pink convertible crossbody/shoulder bag and fell in love with the detailing as soon as I came across it.
Roses Are Red Pink…
I purchased this adorable mock neck sweater from a thrift store! It’s 100% cashmere, and the best part is that it was less than $5. My secret to finding great quality items at thrift stores is always checking the tag to see what the material is. I try to stay away from polyesters and stick to fibers like cotton, linen, cashmere, wool, etc. I could write a whole post on thrift store tips & tricks – please let me know if that is something you would like to read!
Lastly, I want to talk about these booties from Blondo. Y’all, I wear these boots almost every other day in the fall and winter. They’re waterproof block heels (I absolutely cannot do skinny heels) and the perfect height. I walked 10 miles a day in these bad boys for a week on my trip to London last year and they were so kind to my feet. You can’t go wrong with any boot style from Blondo.
I hope you enjoyed this chic Parisian & thrifted look for Valentine’s Day. I can’t wait to share the rest of this week’s outfits. Make sure to follow along on the blog or over on Instagram. ❤️

What a great idea to thrift clothes made from certain fabrics. I haven’t really considered it before, but I will definitely keep my eye out to see if I can score a cashmere piece for myself. Thank you for expanding my thoughts on thrifting!
