Today I’m sharing some of my favorite Christmas ornaments and ornament gift ideas! Ornaments are one of my favorite things about Christmas since they are a great way to give a personal and thoughtful. My parents have a tradition of giving my sister and me an ornament each year that we put on our tree. Last year, they gave me all of my ornaments from over the years since I graduated and live in my own apartment now. It has been so fun to look at all of the ornaments and see how they reflect my personality and how I’ve changed over time. If you’re looking to start a new tradition in your family or friend group, I would 100% recommend an ornament swap!
I thought that sharing my favorite ornaments might encourage some people to give some thoughtful ornaments to their loved ones this year. Scroll through to see some Christmas ornament inspiration!
For the Coffee Lover
Giving coffee lovers any java-related gift is always a safe bet. I love this cute little floral print takeaway coffee cup ornament from Starbucks! Starbucks usually has some similar ornaments in its stores every year. Pick one up for your friend’s Christmas tree on your next coffee run.
A Favorite Food
What do bagels and your loved ones have in common? They both deserve everything! Everything bagels are one of my favorite foods, so I had to purchase this ornament when I saw it at Michael’s. It’s so cute and quirky, and it goes perfectly with my Dunkin’ iced coffee ornament π§‘
For the Amateur Sommelier
My parents got me this cute little bottle of rose a couple of years ago because they know that it’s my favorite kind of wine. A mini wine ornament is perfect for the person in your life who loves vino. Also, this would be a great gift for a friend who has recently celebrated their 21st birthday!
For the Francophile
Okay, how cute is this little stack of macarons?! You could gift a macaron ornament to your friend who loves everything French, or you could purchase for yourself because it’s just that adorable. I won’t judge.
For your Friend Who Monograms Everything
I received this ornament when I was very into my monogram phase, ha! A printed initial ornament is an easy way to give a personalized gift for the friend who monograms anything that doesn’t move.
For the Friend Who Loves Preppy Prints
I actually painted this ornament myself a few years ago! If you can’t seem to find the perfect ornament for your loved one, then break out your paint and brushes and get to painting! It’s an inexpensive and more thoughtful gift that anyone will love.
